Introducing Blu Dot

Hipster Home is proud to introduce our newest line of contemporary furniture straight out of the USA in Minnesota.  Blu Dot has received a ton of great press with thoughtful, contemporary, and edgy design that is sure to inspire.  For a sneak peak you can check them out on our website at www.hipsterhome.com , or you can visit us at the store and throw your feet up on some tables to check them out in person.  

The Blu Dot story is truly American with three college friends designing their own furniture due to lack of funds.  Their goal is to bring good design to as many people as possible.  Which means creating products that are useful, affordable, and desirable.  To make that happen, our design process is founded on collaboration.  Not just among ourselves as we play show-and-tell with concepts, but a total collaboration between pencil and paper, materials and machines, even packaging and assembly.  We like to think that the form is almost inevitable, a by-product of the process.  Our job is simply to help it emerge as beautifully and as efficiently as possible.
